Jacki Rowles is a Family Violence Clinical Supervisor, Educator, and Doctoral Researcher based in Aotearoa New Zealand. With over 17 years of frontline practice experience, she works alongside practitioners, organisations, and communities to strengthen responses to family and gender-based violence. Jacki is a certified Response-Based Practice practitioner and a full member of NZAC. Her doctoral research focuses on institutional systems abuse within systemic coercive control, identifying how perpetrators manipulate organisations and how harmful system responses, such as policies and practices, compound violence and entrap victim-survivors systemically. Through training, supervision, and resource development, Jacki equips practitioners with tools to resist complicity, uphold dignity, and embed prevention in everyday practice
