Previously working for catering giants across Sydney and having association with some notable names in the kitchen such as Matt Preston, Mark Best and Marco Pierre-White; her understanding of her guest’s and client’s requirements shine through in her delivery of service.
Peachy Catering started off as a boutique cateringcompany for private homes and intimate dinner parties and has now expanded into the corporate and commercial sectors whilst maintaining quality and adding value.
Keeping up with the latest food trends whilst showing appreciation for the clas- sic recipes is a passion for Jaimee, who works with her clients to understand their needs in order to execute a seamless delivery, on every occasion.
Antonia Morosi owner of FoodMode started her career in some of Londons most prestigious kitchens such as; The Ritz, The Goring, Coutts Bank, Jamie Oliver and Dinner By Heston. After 3 years studying at Westminster Kingsway College London she was offered the position to be a private chef for the Swedish ambassador and following her time there she moved to Sydney and worked for a family spanning 5 years in the eastern suburbs. Now she freelances for several clients all over Sydney
