Jake Nicholson

My name is Jake, and I'm a Yoga Teacher based in Melbourne. I've been practicing both Yoga and Meditation for over 10 years, and have been teaching Yoga since 2021.

I am passionate about the relationship between Yoga and mental wellbeing, and teach classes with an emphasis on presence, calm and connection with ourselves.
