I offer two programs:

Navigation Influence is a 2 hour presentation focussed on how adults can understand and support young people in managing the multiple sources of influence that effect their wellbeing now and in the future.
Mental Health First Aid is a 2 day course developed in Australia and now taught world wide. It provides adults the knowledge to effectively support young people who may be experiencing a mental health difficulty.
My work has always combined clinical and consulting practice with teaching and research. After teaching at secondary and tertiary levels in Australia, I held academic and research appointments at the university of Southern California, American University Graduate School (Washington D.C.), and Georgetown University Medical School, where I received a National Institutes of Mental Health teaching and research award. I have presented and published widely for organisations including the Australian Psychological Society, American Psychological Association, Australian Centre for Psychoanalysis, and the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations, among others.
I am a Licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a board members of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations, and a past member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors coaching panel.
