To learn is to grow and for her, yoga is learning about your own body; the quirks, the changes, the space that the internal body has to offer, the unique traits of breath. Jasmine loves to connect with people on and off the mat. She teaches mixed level classes, sprinkled with humour and stories from her own experiences. Jasmine believes that yoga is for everyone, offering variations and intelligent hands on adjusts to assist, encourage and deepen your practice.
