Jaya Kava is Philadelphia's first kava company, established in a South Philly backyard in 2019 -- founded with the intention of cultivating healing spaces for the ever-expanding mycelium web of human evolution to flourish.
We are co-owners of the Lightbox Cafe (est. 2021), hosts of connective community events -- open mics, womens/mens circles, sound healings, concerts, festivals -- and purveyors of high-vibration food and drink at diverse events and parties within a 100-mile radius.

Our business seeks to be a part of the connective tissue of societal healing. We strive to be a part of a system-scale shift of the direction of our species (to benefit the whole of nature in it's beauty!), and although we are currently anchoring new roots in Germantown, Philadelphia, we are also widening our web of the work up towards the Poconos, down near the Jersey Shore, and westward in the direction of our childhood hometown of York, PA -- and beyond!
