About Jenay:
From the fast-paced worlds of Google and competitive athletics, Jenay once chased relentless achievement. Transformed by navigating multiple catalytic life events, she now embraces a slower, embodied way of living—one rooted in presence and inner rhythm. As a coach she guides others through a Post-Traumatic Growth approach, helping them uncover the potential in their own challenges. With a background in Psychology and Social Work, training as a Kundalini yoga teacher, and certification as a coach, Jenay integrates psychological science, nervous system awareness, and inner transformation.
About Yasmeen:
As a certified group facilitator and yoga teacher, Yasmeen leas retreats that are informed by advanced training based in cognitive behavioural science, somatic awareness, mindfulness techniques, and spiritual practices. She has completed Stanford's Compassion Cultivation Training, as well as a two-year Facilitation Course focused on somatic healing. Additionally, Yasmeen is a certified yoga instructor with a decade of professional experience in HR in the tech industry.
