⚡ I am a Mum of a beautiful 5 year old boy, partner to with soul mate Blake & a dog + cat Mum, we are a close family unit who do everything together
⚡I have a Masters in NLP (Neurolinguistic programming), Diploma in Workplace Health & Safety, Cert IVs in training & assessing, business, fitness & many other areas 🧐
⚡Not only am I a qualified personal trainer, I am a qualified life coach with a passion for helping women live to their full potential & creating self confidence
⚡I am a business mentor & coach for a not for profit organisation called YGAP helping entrepenuers from all cultures evilve & succeed
⚡I previously worked as a National QSHE Co-ordinator for a international logistics company however the office life isnt for me, I am a creative & I needed freedom in life! I love running a business & being my own boss
⚡I love learning so am always studying something alongside running BFF, I am currently doing an Advanced Diploma in Community Management & am just about finished Cert IV in training & assessing :)
⚡I am a little bit “woo” - I love tarot cards, psychic readings & believe that the universe is always working for us not against us 🔮
⚡I LOVE having a laugh, I aways have loved that really scarcastic humour - I used to do theatre sports at school & was known for being a bit funny throughout my teens
⚡ I LOVE PINK & l love MUSIC 🎶 Particularly RNB 🔥
⚡ I think life is not about what we have but about who we help. I used to volunteer at the RSPCA & regularly donate to charities, I even abseiled down a 150m building once where proceeds went to a children’s hospital 🏥
⚡ I love being outdoors, kayaking, biking- I grew up on a farm so I spent a huge chunk of childhood outside riding my horses or with animals ♥️
