Hi, I'm Jen,
I discovered 9D Breathwork during a deeply transitional time in my life - a period filled with uncertainty, illness (triggered by stress), fear, and anxiety for what the future held. From my very first session, I felt a shift from the cellular level to the physical and all that's in between and beyond. Breathwork became my anchor, teaching me how to release stress, manage fear, and move through challenges with clarity and confidence. Over time, the symptoms of my illness cleared, and it gave me a profound sense of inner strength, like I was ready to take on the world.
This transformation is what led me to become a facilitator. I know firsthand how powerful this practice can be, and I’m passionate about guiding others who are seeking growth, release, and a deeper connection to themselves.
True healing starts with the central nervous system (CNS). Our CNS holds onto unprocessed stress, emotions, and past experiences—sometimes long after the moment has passed. When it gets stuck, it keeps us in survival mode. It results in symptoms such as a lack of focus or drive, pain, fatigue, illness, anxiety or disconnection. 9D breathwork aids the body to release this, without the need to talk about it, or knowing how, when or why it become so deep within us.
I hold space for you to let go of what’s been holding you back and step into your fullest potential. You already have everything you need within you - sometimes, you just need the breath to unlock it.
