I’m Jen—a meditation teacher, facilitator, and coach with a lifelong commitment to mindfulness and to helping people live with more clarity, compassion, and courage.
I’ve been practising meditation since I was 15, when life threw me a curveball and I found myself living alone, learning early on how essential inner steadiness can be. Since then, mindfulness has been a thread woven through every part of my life—from working in high-pressure corporate roles to navigating breast cancer, parenting two teens, and teaching thousands of people how to bring more awareness into their everyday lives.
Today, I teach because I care deeply. I care about helping people come home to themselves. I care about creating safe spaces for reflection, connection, and personal growth. And I care about making mindfulness real—something you can lean on every day, not just read about.
In my courses and programs, I blend decades of teaching and practice with a grounded, compassionate style. My work is grounded in science, shaped by ongoing training with some of the world’s leading mindfulness teachers, and enriched by my own lived experience. I’ve trained extensively (yes, I’m a bit of a course junkie) and co-teach silent retreats, speak at conferences, and coach leaders across all kinds of sectors. But at the heart of it all is the same intention: to help people connect with what really matters and support them in living more mindfully, more fully, and more kindly.
Whether you're completely new to mindfulness or have some experience, you're welcome here. I’d love to walk alongside you.
