Jess Hobbs is a passionate and experienced waste educator and circular economy consultant based on Wadawurrung Country in Djilang (Geelong). With over six years of experience in sustainability, Jess is the founder of Waste Free Events, a business focused on helping schools, community groups, and festivals dramatically reduce waste through practical, reusable solutions. She is an active member of Geelong Sustainability and Green Music Australia, and writes a monthly column on sustainability in the music industry for Forte magazine. Jess combines hands-on waste education with strategic consulting to promote systemic change and accessible sustainability across communities.
