Jessica is a yoga and movement based practitioner with a background in dance, yoga, somatic health and Ayurvedic medicine.
With more than two decades of experience teaching and practicing mindful expression through the body, Jessica’s guidance and expertise is heart centered and honors the innate intelligence of the self through fostering gentleness, curiosity and individuality. Her classes and workshops use ancient and poetic processes of dance, yoga and Ayurveda to facilitate the integration of the entire person- heart, mind and body. This connectivity allows for restored naturalness and ease to open within the heart and flow into living.
Jessica is a practicing artist, creating and performing movement based work in Narrm.
She is also a writer and mother.
