Jo Halley has taught yoga in Melbourne and on the Surf Coast for over 7 years. She is also the big heart behind the community group, WOW (Wednesday Ocean Waders), which has connected hundreds of locals to the ocean, each other and themselves. Jo teaches regular weekly classes and is passionate about the power of yin yoga to create deep change in the nervous system.

Monique Rocard lived and breathed Qi Gong on the Surf Coast in a past life as Danielle Rowarth. In 2021 she returned to New Zealand and underwent a bit of a transformation returning to her birth name. She has taught Qi Gong workshops and classes in Australia and New Zealand since 2009. Her teaching is deeply influenced by her passion for Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and all things vagus nerve. She is excited to be back on the Coast and is hoping to lose her passport so she can stay. You can find out more about her here embody-now.com
