Jo has been a yoga and movement practitioner for over a decade. Completing certifications with Rise Yoga RYT200, Trauma Informed yoga, Les Mills, PADI, ISA, AUT BSR, and Coaching Pacific has  allowed Jo to facilitate yoga, wellbeing, personal & group training for 8+ years, sharing movement & wellbeing practices with hundreds of people of all ages.

Jo continues to deepen her own practice and knowledge in the well-being space by being a student herself, attending workshops, reading and committing to her own daily personal practice.
