John Morgan and Walt Wendolowski

John Morgan and Walt Wendolowski have between them over 80 years of detailed work providing planning services to Oregon communities. They have taught Planning in Oregon for over 15 years providing an excellent education on the planning process as it is carried out in Oregon. 

The class covers the history and foundation of the Oregon planning system, the responsibilities of local government, the fundamentals of land use planning, the roles of elected and appointed officials, conduct of public meetings, legal parameters, ethics, and relationships with the community.
