My journey into this work came through personal experience and transformation. During a difficult period in my life... navigating loss, stress, and disconnection. I attended a retreat that introduced me to breathwork, presence practices, and the power of intentional touch. That experience had a profound impact on me and changed the way I understood connection, awareness, and the nervous system.
Since then, I have continued exploring these practices and completed training as a Level 5 Kahuna Bodyworker through Mette’s Institute in Kin kin QLD. learning traditional flowing bodywork techniques that focus on relaxation, connection, and the integration of body and mind.
Through my workshops I aim to create a safe, grounded environment where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and others, and experience the benefits of presence, breath, and intuitive massage. My intention is not to teach perfection or performance, but to guide people through simple practices that can bring greater awareness, calm, and connection into everyday life.
