Hi, I’m josie. I am a mother of two boys under 6, a birth and postpartum doula and I work with women, birthing people, mothers and families from preconception to postpartum (forever!).
I believe that when we create open, intentional and meaningful spaces for connection that we feel supported, seen, heard and held.
Motherhood is a big and beautiful season that offers us both immense joy and challenge. i am passionate about the power of sharing stories, experiences, reflections and knowledge in community and intentionally building a real life in person village.
