She has a passion for making goals come alive through fun events that are practical. Participants in her workshops, from senior executives to new and emerging leaders, find new ways of collaborating and bringing out the best in their people.
She has significant experience in small to large organisations, in NZ and in the U.S., particularly in working with business leaders to enable their businesses to be successful.
In her work she uses a range of tools, including HBDI®, Genos Emotional Intelligence, and contemporary research as a foundation.
