I am a Learning and Leadership Development professional with over 25 years’ experience working across diverse organisations, sectors, and industries. For more than two decades, I’ve coached and facilitated individuals and teams to grow in clarity, confidence, and capability.
In my own life, what once looked externally like a full and adventurous path shifted in my 40s, when long-suppressed trauma and unhealthy coping strategies surfaced. That turning point became the catalyst for a deep, ongoing journey of self-awareness, healing, and personal transformation.
That lived experience, combined with my professional background, led me to found MenTALL — an initiative dedicated to helping men spark meaningful personal change before crisis forces it.
Today, I facilitate spaces for men who are capable, functioning, and often successful — yet sensing there is something deeper asking for attention. My workshops are grounded, honest, and human. They are not performance spaces or therapy — they are structured circles for reflection, conversation, and connection.
My work focuses on self-awareness, emotional literacy, resilience, and self-leadership. I create environments where men can slow down, speak truthfully, and reconnect with who they are beneath the roles they carry — so they can move forward with greater clarity, integrity, and intention.
