I’m Justine Campbell. A clinical therapist, facilitator, and coach with a background as a clinical therapist. My therapeutic training in psychology and systemic family therapy deeply informs my coaching approach, allowing me to create spaces that feel grounded, and transformative.
For me, connection is at the heart of everything.
Connection to self: the awareness and clarity that come when we slow down and truly listen within.
Connection to others: the kind of belonging that happens when we show up with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.
With over 25 years of international experience spanning business, leadership, and psychology, I’ve learned that sustainable change doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from understanding ourselves more deeply, leading with integrity, and cultivating environments where people can be fully themselves.
Through my work from one-on-one coaching to The Lotus Collective and Real Women, Real Conversations, I bring people together to have the conversations that matter. The ones that reconnect us to who we are, what we value, and how we want to live.
Because when we reconnect with ourselves, we naturally reconnect with each other.
And that is where real transformation begins.
