Hi, I'm Kaila, founder of the IE Esthetician Collective and owner of Skin by Kaila, a small corrective skincare studio in Redlands, California. As a licensed esthetician, I specialize in acne, corrective treatments, and blending results-driven skincare with relaxation to create an experience that's both effective and restorative.
In October 2025, I posted a simple TikTok asking if estheticians in the Inland Empire would be interested in coming together. The response was overwhelming, and what started as one video quickly grew into the IE Esthetician Collective. I created an Instagram group chat, organized our first community event, and discovered a passion for bringing estheticians together through education, networking, and meaningful industry connections.
Today, the IE Esthetician Collective continues to grow with the mission of creating a space where students, licensed estheticians, educators, and brands can learn, collaborate, and support one another. Every event is built on one simple belief: community over competition.
