I am a qualified Primary School Teacher and Emotion Coaching Facilitator (Tuning in to Teens) with a passion for mental health advocacy. As the founder of The Grow Collab, my mission is to help families create deeper connections and build stronger communities by creating playful connection opportunities for parents and children to grow, learn and thrive together. It is my vision that these deeper connections will help combat the declining mental health of young Australians.
I live on the Gold Coast with my husband and two beautiful kids. When I’m not facilitating workshops and events, you’ll find me unwinding with a relaxing camping trip, catching a Reformer Pilates class, meditating, journalling and cooking. Family time at the beach or exploring our stunning hinterland is where we create our best memories.
Before diving into this fulfilling role, I spent years working with HR teams designing wellbeing programs and delivering corporate training to professionals. Most recently I have been teaching at various schools across the Gold Coast.
