The Kalbar Progress Association, Inc was formed in 2020 to represent the community of Kalbar to ensure progress occurs in a planned and sustainable manner. In doing so, employment opportunities will increase, the lives of residents will be improved, and local businesses will prosper & grow towards a flourishing hub for visitors and local activity.
