Welcome Mumma,
Village for Mummas is a weekly community gathering held in Landsborough, created to support mothers through connection, education, nourishment and shared wisdom.
Motherhood was never meant to be walked alone. Across history and cultures, women have gathered in community to share knowledge, support transitions and hold one another through the many seasons of motherhood.
Village for Mummas exists to reweave that missing village.
This is not a playgroup.
This is a space intentionally created to resource mothers with education, practical tools, nervous system support, traditional wisdom and meaningful community care.

Who Village for Mummas is for
Village is for mothers in all stages of motherhood, including:
• Pregnancy
• Postpartum
• Toddler and early childhood years
• Mothers navigating matrescence and identity transitions
• Mothers seeking community, support or education
• Mothers wanting to learn holistic and traditional approaches to family wellbeing
You do not need to be a first-time mum.
You do not need to have everything together.
You simply need to come as you are.

Why Village is Being Rebuilt
Modern motherhood is often isolated, unsupported and overwhelming. Many mothers are expected to hold the emotional, physical and mental wellbeing of their families without being resourced themselves.
Village for Mummas exists to:
• Rebuild community care around mothers
• Provide informed education and shared knowledge
• Offer practical support tools
• Create safe spaces for conversation and integration
• Honour motherhood as a major life transition
• Support mothers so they can support their families
We believe when mothers are resourced, families and communities thrive.

What Happens at Village
Every gathering includes:
• Opening sharing circle
• Guest practitioner or facilitated experience
• Shared nourishing lunch
• Time for connection, integration and community support
Each term we invite practitioners whose work supports mothers, women, children and families. Our core value is education and informed choice. You are always invited to take what resonates and leave what does not.
