A little introduction about myself, I began my yoga journey in 2002. At first, yoga was a way to balance my stress. I was so addicted to yoga and it became a daily practice in my life. My yoga career really began in 2014 when I completed my teacher training in Kenya with Africa Yoga Project. The learning experience coupled with a sense of community left a very deep mark in me and thus the passion for yoga was instilled. I felt the need to give and be a part of the community, and for now & today, it is all of us here, our Monash community. Apart from Baptiste yoga, I am an aerial yoga instructor and teaches aerial hoop. I also completed my AcroYoga teacher training in Berlin and Thailand and incorporated it with massage and cupping training from my acupuncture diploma. Currently, I am studying Master of Nursing at Monash University.
