Hi, I am Karen,

In September 2022 I boarded an aeroplane to Bali for a Chakradance™ retreat. I had no idea what I was about to experience, who I was going to meet and how it was going to change my whole relationship with myself for the better.  

Before arriving in Bali, I had felt lost and lacking in any clarity of my next steps, when I left Bali I had discovered what self-love really is, connected with the most incredible tribe of people and knew that my whole world was going to change.  

I was excited and ready!

Through this transformative practice, I began to rediscover the confidence and self-assurance within me I had buried. With each dance, I experienced a deepening sense of clarity and joy.

I realized that I wanted everyone to experience the profound shifts I was undergoing – to feel empowered, assured, and filled with self-love. It became clear that I wanted to cultivate a community where we support and uplift each other and to share this beautiful transformative modality with others.
