My work at Engaging People centres on two contexts:
- how people relate and get things done in team environments (whether you’re there for love or money), and
- extreme environments when things go wrong - crises and emergency situations.
Through workshops and tailored development programmes, I work with leaders to improve self-awareness, enhance team cohesion, and manage crisis communications with tools, frameworks, and practices that build and maintain trust.
Trust is the foundation of high performing teams. People who trust each other are more connected. They collaborate, innovate and are more engaged in their work. 🙌🏼
