I am a woman on a mission to create a space that is accessible for all women to come and rest and nourish themselves, especially when they have been through a big transition in life. My vision is to create a 90-day package that offers financial, emotional and physical support to give space to process the change and be better resourced to step into the change. I would love to live in a world where we are one big family.
Having lived through big changes in many forms; moving countries, separations, death. I know how much I would have loved more targeted support in those key transitions. I am a solo parent to two; I live on an acre and a half of land. I had a miracle and someone lent me the money to buy the land from my ex-husband so I could stay with the children.
I am nearly 50, I have a regular practice of Kundalini yoga and share the teachings online and in person, I am a reiki master, Shakti dance facilitator, quantum constellation guide and a woman who feels deeply!
