Kayla is a facilitator, engineer, and event organizer devoted to creating transformative spaces where people can expand their range and experience life more fully. Her work invites participants to embrace life’s spectrum and to explore the paradoxes that shape it—such as structure and freedom, sacredness and profanity, and sovereignty and synergy. Through this exploration, Kayla supports people in discovering the ease and wholeness that emerges when seeming opposites are welcomed together.
She is an organizer for Dance Meets Tantra in Austin, Texas, a series that weaves movement, connection, and shadow work into experiences of community and transformation. In addition, she manages Casa Mimosa, a vibrant event space that hosts a wide variety of gatherings—ranging from relational practices to creative community events to spaces for exploring sexuality.
Kayla’s facilitation emphasizes communication, presence, and embodied exploration. She brings the clarity and precision of her engineering background into all of her work, weaving the technical with the transformational.
Beyond group experiences, Kayla also supports individuals on both a physical and emotional level by helping them design interiors and organize their spaces so that their homes—and their lives—feel grounded, intentional, and alive. She thrives in supporting visionaries, helping them seed ideas, tend to them, and bring their visions into reality.
At the heart of all she does, Kayla is committed to helping people experience more aliveness, depth, and playfulness, while cultivating communities that honor the full spectrum of human experience.
