About Kayleigh
Hello! I'm Kayleigh Sinclair, the founder of The Historical Herbologist. I recently completed a two-year diploma in Herbology at the Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh, building on a six-month certificate that launched my journey. This experience deepened my fascination with the history of herbs and their impact on human evolution. My passion for plants is evident in everything I do—whether I'm uncovering the stories behind medicinal plants, foraging for seasonal ingredients, or crafting unique plant pigments and artwork. I take great joy in sharing what I learn with you!
I host dynamic, seasonal events and retreats that focus on hands-on experiences with nature. My goal is to help people fall in love with the plant world, so I design my events to encourage participants to slow down and truly connect with the natural environment.
I've had the pleasure of collaborating with various brands, organizations, and charities, including Asics, Walton Charity, and Warner Music. From hosting Herbal Tea Blending Workshops in collaboration with the #moveyourmind movement at Asics to celebrating Earth Day with locally foraged ingredients at Warner Studios, our corporate collaborations aim to provide the same nurturing experience as our smaller, more intimate workshops—taking time for you in nature.
If you're interested in exploring the captivating world of plants while learning new skills, I invite you to join one of my upcoming workshops and events!
If you're considering hosting a workshop or event for your company or as a private gathering, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at info@thehistoricalherbologist.com.
