Kellie | Founder of The Torus Wellness Project
With over two decades immersed in the exploration of human behaviour, consciousness, and healing, Kellie holds space through The Torus Wellness Project with grounded presence, deep wisdom, and unwavering care.
Her journey spans both science and spirit—studying psychology, neuroscience, psychobiology, animal behaviour, theology, and consciousness—alongside lived experiences that have shaped her as a guide through grief, trauma, and personal transformation. Her work is not rooted in one lineage or method, but a holistic synthesis of learning, practice, and direct experience.
Kellie has walked sacred paths of breathwork, somatic healing, and ritual ceremony—holding space in both intimate circles and expansive ceremonial settings. Her approach is trauma-informed, integrating elements from Rebirthing and Holotropic Breathwork, EMDR, and somatic integration, with a specialised understanding of CPSTD, narcissistic abuse, coercive control, and cult recovery.
Having sat in ceremonies with Indigenous elders in Africa, Mexico, Peru, and North America and having held space for many years on her own land she brings a deeply reverent, earth-connected quality to everything she offers. Her work is both a return to ancestral wisdom and a bold act of reclaiming personal truth.
Known for her calm, grounded, and quietly powerful presence, Kellie creates spaces that are deeply safe, spacious, and transformational. Whether through breath, circle, or ceremony, her intention remains the same: to restore connection to self, to community, and to the truth that lives within.
