Hello, I’m Kelly, the founder of Love Body Woman and the host of Eat With Love and What Do You Want To Eat?.
For many years, my relationship with food was tangled up in shame, punishment, and the belief that my worth was measured by the size of my body. I struggled with food addiction, depression, and anxiety, and carried the weight of thinking I didn’t deserve good things. But through deep healing, self-discovery, and a whole lot of compassion, I found a new way forward.
Today, I see food not as the enemy but as a beautiful part of life—a way to nourish, celebrate, and connect with myself. My journey as a poet, writer, and Nutritional Medicine Practitioner has given me the tools to guide other women back to themselves, to help them listen to the quiet voice within, and to rediscover the joy of eating without guilt.
Eat With Love and What Do You Want To Eat? are created from this intention:
✨ To support women in loving themselves as they eat.
✨ To let go of the old rules, shame, and punishment.
✨ To explore what they truly want to eat and how they want to feel.
✨ To remind them that they already carry all the wisdom they need within.
I’m not perfect, and I don’t claim to be. I still have my struggles, but I meet them now with curiosity and compassion instead of self-criticism. And it’s this same spirit I bring into these gatherings—where women can feel safe, heard, and encouraged to eat, live, and love in a way that feels true to them.
Because life is not about how much you weigh—it’s about who you are becoming as you learn to love every part of yourself again.
