Kelly Fulker is an Environmental Scientist, Circle Practitioner, Intuition Teacher, Gene Keys Guide, NeurOptimal Brain Trainer, Artist, Wife and Mother of two teenage daughters.
Kelly has honed her knowledge and skills through her broad professional experience working for the government, not-for-profit, and private organisations for over 25 years. She has expertise in organisational leadership and management, business development, strategic planning, research and analysis, and monitoring and evaluation. Her experience encompasses business development, catchment management, agriculture, water and river management, stakeholder engagement, and local, regional, and state-level NRM planning.
After walking 500 km along an ancient Earth energy line between Rottnest and Uluru, Kelly's life transformed. Looking for a better way to serve, she left her career to study the intuitive sciences, neuroplasticity and complex adaptive systems. In 2015, she became a certified Circle Practitioner and from 2019-21, Kelly trained for two years to become a certified Intuitive Intelligence teacher and NeurOptimal Neurofeedback practitioner.
Kelly now integrates her skills and experience into a holistic approach for better environmental stewardship. She continues to work with all levels of government, NRM groups, research institutions, non-profits and community groups as a thought leader and change maker, working to co-create novel solutions for systemic change.
Kelly lives in the Perth Hills with her husband and two daughters.
