A student of inner work for many years, I discovered how experiences in my younger years led to low self-esteem and sabotaging patterns. Over the years i've built a better relationship with myself thanks to a range of personal development tools, a key one being breathwork. I've spent the last ten years working in a variety of corporates and start-ups and in the past year co-organising ecstatic dance events, facilitating large group meditations and conscious connected breathwork sessions. I've completed certifications in facilitating breathwork, meditation, yoga and mental health first aid training.
