This series of ashtanga yoga asana based workshops will be delivered by Kimbali.
Kimbali first discovered yoga almost 2 decades ago, and has been practising and teaching ashtanga yoga asana for over 10 years now. She has a passion for sharing and supporting others to develop and maintain a yoga practice after personally experiencing the many physical and psychological benefits, the joys and the challenges.. and the many opportunities for personal and spiritual development and growth that a long-term yoga practice has gifted. Having navigated processes of learning how to adjust and adapt with the shifts and changes experienced in life and on the mat - Kimbali’s practice and teaching continues to grow and evolve.
