About Kirsty
Currently a Partner in EY's HR Transformation practice, I have a fifteen-year career in design and digital consulting, I have mostly worked with government (all levels - in Australia and the UK) and citizens to codesign and implement people centred services. For the past three years I have been focused on employee experience working with People and Culture teams to have more positive influence in their organisations.
My sweet spot is experience design enabled by technology and have worked using Human Centred Design and Agile methodologies throughout my consulting career. I have used HCD for service design, digital product design, program design, various employee experience design projects and more.
I am also an accredited coach and take a coaching style to my work with clients and colleagues and am currently studying a Masters in Organisation Dynamics - Management and Leadership to help develop my practice and improve how we can make change stick with clients.

I have excelled in my professional career as a SuccessFactors Consultant [Recruiting Marketing, Recruiting Management, Onboarding and Learning SAP SF Certified) working with clients on learning management technology, talent acquisition management and organisational development solutions.
I am a Director at EY and have worked with clients across sectors and my approach to work is to deliver additional value for clients whilst creating a fun positive working environment for everyone involved - resulting in lots of positive feedback.
