La Corale is a community choir based in Whakatu/Nelson, New Zealand. Our choir is open to anyone who wants to sing. No matter the age or the musicianship, in this community choir we focus on possibilities. We deliver an eclectic repertoire from all around the globe, and we specialise in world music (this includes folk and traditional music from different countries). The idea is to bring back the sense ofcommunity, especially for immigrants, and emphasise our principles of unity and collaboration.
