Creators of all things wild, La Sirène are Australia's original farmhouse-focused brewery. Founded in 2010 by winemaker-turned-brewer Costa Nikias, La Sirène pay homage to old-world methods, including through the use of spontaneous fermentation with their authentic Coolship.
