Laura is passionate about encouraging her students to become more self aware and embodied through a combination of holistic modalities.
She is a skilled body worker having trained as a Remedial Massage Therapist 2 decades ago. She completed her initial Yoga teachers qualification in Byron Bay in 2016, and has continued to further her studies training in multiple styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Chair, Myo Fascial Release & Yoga to Support Women through the Stages of Menopause.
She is also a Reiki practitioner, attuned to Usui Reiki Level 1 and 2 and integrates her offerings with Life Force Energy.
Laura is known for her inclusivity, attention to detail & her ability to make yoga accessible to all levels of students.
