Lauren Gravett

Lauren is a Yoga/meditation Teacher, Naturopath and herbalist. 
After spending many years living in Asia, immersed in Buddhist philosophy and culture, Lauren travelled to India to undergo her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2015. This ignited a spark to continue to learn, grow and evolve and to help facilitate that space for others to come back to themselves.
