Lauren is the founder and director of Bundarra Farming For Good at Barham in Southern NSW, a regenerative smallholding of 200 acres. In 2011, Lauren brought her first heritage Berkshire pig with a vision to have a paddock full of happy pigs to supply the local restaurant she owned with great pork. The business now also grows heritage chickens, retired dairy cattle and pastured laying hens, owns a butchery and employs a small team who turn the meat from the farm into delicious slow crafted smallgoods and salumi and specialty cuts for the community, restaurants and independent grocers across the Eastern seaboard. The 3 kids and her husband Lachy run the farm together.
