Lauren McGee

Hi, my name is Lauren. I am a yoga, meditation and breath-work teacher on the Gold Coast. My mission as a teacher is to guide people away from a hyper-active and stressed state to a state of calm and ccentred-ness. I run yoga workshops as well as teach regular classes all over the GC.
