Lauren is a women's coach, Women's Circle facilitator and the founder of The Ayla Network. The Ayla Network aims to create safe, joyful, and empowering spaces for those identifying as women.
She identifies as queer and spends her time creating connections with others through her work and personal life. She is an adopted New Zealander and has lived in Tamaki Makaurau for going on 7 years.
She is addicted to reading, food, and travel and has two travel buddies, one little and one tall, who she is doing life with.
