Hi, I am Lauren, I founded Slow Space in 2022 as a platform and location to learn meditation and mindfulness. I am a qualified teacher through the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness. It is my deepest joy and passion to serve the Brisbane community and guide people towards a happy and peaceful mind.
