I’m Lauren and I’m a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, certified by Owaken, and I currently work in Glasgow, Scotland.
I absolutely love this work and am so freaking passionate about believing in yourself, not what anyone else thinks ✨
I’ve existed in a body for most of my life that society deems less than, and I grew up in the medical world so inherented the programming that I’m not enough, for a multitude of reasons, and my mental health was severely affected for a lot of my life. Finding Breathwork and experiencing its direct healing and transformation first hand, all with my own breath has been astronomically game changing. I am so lit up to hold space for this to happen for others too. It’s time to be who you came here to be.
