I'm a Chief Online Business Manager/CEO leading an OBM and VA team called Admin & Co. who are proudly Australian-based females just like me.
Started solo VA business in 2016 after illness with a background of 25 years in corporate life covering many different industries including banking, audit & accounting, real estate, product wholesaling and manufacturing, and local business chamber.
Have had various attempts at what this business looked like over the years until landed on this version start 2021.
All clients are supported by their own OBM and VA team members and we do not have a niche in industries or business types, it's more that our service delivery model is.
Located on Surf Coast Victoria, married to an NFP GM with 3 kidult daughters, Winston the designer chihuollie office dog, netball tragic, and drive-through coffee lover.
Most of our work with our Clients in the first few months is reviewing the business and then setting up systems, automations and processes.
I am actively involved working in the background of all client management supporting my team and am available for VIP Days and Elite Action Sessions for those requiring one on one support.
