I am Lee Doherty, the passionate and proud founder of Admin & Co which I created in 2016. As an Online Business Manager my role is to transform the way you manage your business with expert guidance that streamlines operations and empowers your leadership, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
In my previous career, I've held prestigious administrative management roles across various industries; from banking and finance, real estate, and accounting advisory to retail and wholesale sectors.
I have not only completed tertiary diploma courses in Management and Human Resource Management after leaving high school in Year 11 but did so while balancing part-time work and the demands of three young children. I stand testament to the belief that we can indeed have it all, though perhaps not all at once.
Away from the hustle of Admin & Co, I'm a netball tragic and the primary patron of various drive-through coffee establishments in the region. I reside in Armstrong Creek, Geelong Victoria, sharing my space with my husband, three teen-adult daughters, and my delightful chihuahua-border collie mix, Mr. Winston.
