What if we could empower our community with the tools to face the impact of emergencies and natural disasters head-on? What if we could empower our kids with the life skills to be active citizens who make meaningful changes to their world?
Resilient Lenswood is an initiative led by the parents of Lenswood Primary School that aims to bring together local expertise, educators, families and community members to build skills, knowledge and confidence in bushfire and natural disaster preparedness, response and recovery.
Our goal is to learn together how we can best support our kids to live and learn in a safer, stronger and more resilient community.
Resilient Lenswood is a recipient of the 2025 DfE 'Parents in Education' grant.
