Experiential educator, Rabbi Levi Raskin, wears many hats—the tallest of them is the chocolatier toque-Blanche. The Chocolate Series was introduced in 2014 and has attracted chocolate lovers from far and near to indulge in the gastronomical finger-licking good adventure. Raskin is the founder and director of JCrafts and conducts other experiential workshops, from olive oil to candle making and everything hands-on-Jewish in between.
