Constantly stumbling upon one-page stories in old journals, it seems I've always created alternate realities. When I was instead intrigued by what scared other children instead of afraid myself, my mum had no doubt that my dads' horror loving influence had already began shaping my taste.
And why? Funnily enough, I couldn't sleep soundly in the dark until I turned 18... but it's the twist of a plot that has me thinking about it for weeks on end; that genuine effect of goosebumps where they weren't before. A world where "what if" sends shivers up your spine. That's what I want to create. What keeps my clock ticking…
I'm here to challenge the stereotypical jump scare and creep up on fears where it's least expected. Not so far- fetched from reality, since we already know there's so much darkness in every corner, why not dig it up together?
