I am a certified Ayurvedic Nutritionist, Massage Therapist, and Registered 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher with an additional 50hr qualification in Yin Yoga. I am also a certified Meditation & Mindfulness Coach and Reiki Practitioner.I look forward to supporting you on your journey to creating a life you love!
